The hub of Lane County Oregon is Eugene. Noted for the University of Oregon, the Ducks and is at the southern end of the Willamette Valley. The second largest city in Oregon it also the Lane County seat. The first cabin in the area was erected in 1846 but today it is one of the well know West Coast educational centers. Not far from the Oregon coast or the Cascade Mountains you can find great recreation and entertainment at the well know Hult Center.
