I am a second generation realtor that has been licensed in Oregon since 1993. Currently I am Principal Broker and Branch manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Professionals in Roseburg, OR and I am also the real estate pre-license instructor for Umpqua Community College. In 2003 and 2013 I was honored to be the Douglas County Association of Realtors, Realtor of the Year. My unique experience helps me guide my client through the changing real estate landscape. Though I primary work as the listing agent for HUD Homes in Douglas county through my affiliation with BLB Resources, I am quite experienced in commercial, investment and residential sale.
